Scrummy Healthy Chocolate Protein Cake

Here's one we made and smothered in strawberries and blueberries Read our recipe: Ingredients: 200g plain chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids) 100g coconut sugar 125g butter 100g ground almonds 70g SCI-MX ULTRA WHEY Chocolate flavour 5 eggs Icing sugar Strawberries Blueberries Method: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 oC (gas mark 4) 2. Melt the chocolate, sugar and butter in a pan gently until the sugar has dissolved 3. Remove from the heat, beat in the almonds and protein powder 4. Separate the eggs, whisk the egg yolks and add to the mixture 5. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture 6. Pour the mixture into a greased 19cm cake tin 7. Bake for 35-45 minutes until cooked through 8. Leave to cool then remove from the tin, top with a sprinkling of icing sugar and add the berries
