Yes we do although additional charges apply to international orders. All rates quoted are per parcel and for items weighing up to a maximum of 30kg in weight and volume. Prices may vary at the checkout dependent on your exact delivery location. Always check your shipping cost before proceeding.
Dependent on when your order was placed our customer service team will endeavour to make changes, however we're a super fast team and it isn't always possible. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can to see if we can help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. Your item must be in the original packaging & you must have proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
