The last order date for deliveries before Christmas day is the morning of 21/12/2020 for delivery on 24/12/2020.The last deliveries before 2021 – orders which are placed late morning/ afternoon on 21/12/2020 up until the morning of 29/12/2020 will be processed for delivery on 31/12/2020.
Orders placed late morning/afternoon on 29/12/2020 up to the morning of 04/01/21 will be processed for delivery on 06/01/2021.

UK Mainland delivery is FREE on all orders over £40. Orders that are under £40, UK Mainland delivery is £6.00.
UK Mainland can take up to 2 working days to be delivered, International orders can vary dependent on country.
2 Day Delivery
If your order is placed before 1pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to process your order on the same day for a 2 day delivery service (Mainland UK only). Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on a Monday for delivery to you on Wednesday. All deliveries exclude weekends. Orders for non-Mainland UK delivery are on a 4 day service.
Whilst we endeavour to process orders as per the above statement, please note that this may not be feasible. When experiencing high order volumes and/or over a promotional period we may not be able to offer next working day delivery.
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel from 8am on-wards as the courier service cannot provide specific delivery times. Any incorrect delivery address details will result in a delay to your order. If you are unlikely to be at home during those hours, please provide an alternative address. Please ensure that you provide a valid telephone number where you will be contactable. If a mobile number is provided in the order then the courier will contact and provide a 1 hour window when the delivery should be expected.
In the event that our courier cannot deliver your parcel, or is unable to obtain a signature, they will try to contact you by telephone in the first instance.
There is no international shipping or shipping to Northern Ireland at this time.
Additional charges apply to international orders. All rates quoted are per parcel and for items weighing up to a maximum of 30kg in weight and volume.

Free delivery applies to BFPO but we are advised that deliveries weighing over 2kg can take up to four weeks for delivery to BFPO addresses.
Orders for BFPO addresses will be sent to the BFPO sorting office. We are unable to provide delivery tracking on these orders after the parcel arrives at the BFPO sorting office.
