Stock Take

Please note that our annual stock take is now taking place, with our warehouse closed between 26th–31st March inclusive.

You can still place your order as usual during this period, however we can't start dispatching again until the 1st April. Please note that it'll be an extremely busy period catching up on the backlog of orders, so we appreciate your patience during this time.

Our team will be working hard to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to minimise delays, however please be aware that these are unavoidable during periods of closure.Certain shipping options are not available over this time.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We offer different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from free standard delivery to next day.

For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri ( depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday or over the weekend, will be processed the following week (Bank Holidays not included).

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery (Evri) & Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working week. Free delivery is available from £30 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Express Tracked Delivery (DPD)

For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
