We're still here for you
You can still continue to order your favourite protein powder, amino acids, snacks, drinks and much more from our website. We’re taking proactive steps to avoid disruptions to product availability and delivery.
During this time, and as ever, our customer’s health and safety is at the forefront of our minds, and as such we have taken precautions to protect you & our delivery drivers.
Our partner delivery service DPD, will no longer be requiring signatures on delivery in order to avoid person to person contact. This means no drivers will be handing over scanners to the receivers. Our drivers will simply deliver as normal and write DOA (Deliver on authority) and then type in the receiver’s name, no actual signatures will be available.
We’re also helping by doing what we do best – sharing fitness, nutritional and all round healthcare knowledge. From gym closures to the new and altered ways of exercising, we’re here to help advise you on how you can continue to look after yourself in this new normal. Safety comes first
We are closely monitoring conditions where our products are manufactured. Our warehouses are following government regulations along with the highest levels of safety protocol and working in the most technologically advanced environment to ensure that our products are manufactured and shipped to you safely.
As the majority of our employees are continuing to work from home, you might hear home-based noises if you contact our customer care team, this is nothing to worry about, our team are working hard to thrive in new home working environments.
